Lying side by side in a pleasingly central location facing Skala's long sand and shingle beach, these modern two-storey villas are within walking distance of plenty of bars, shops and tavernas and ideally located to take advantage of the watersports available from the family-friendly beach.

Thanks to their beach-facing position, our villas enjoy delightful sea views from the sunny poolside terraces and lawns surrounding the swimming pool in front of each house. Individually named Alexandra, Polyxeni and Elisa, these are attractive houses painted in shades of terracotta and close enough to one another and the beach to provide ideal holiday accommodation for several families or groups travelling together. Sliding doors open from the poolside patio into a light and airy open-plan living room where lounge and dining areas adjoin the kitchen. Both the air-conditioned bedrooms are upstairs, each with a balcony boasting more of those delightfully scenic views across Skala beach to the sea. Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite shower room or bathroom and there's another shower room on the ground floor.
