Providing the perfect combination of complete solitude and tranquillity with easy access to civilisation, Villa Cypress is a lovely villa in a breathtakingly beautiful location. There's a fabulous fruit stall and a mini-market five hundred metres up the road and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes' drive. Fiskardo is about six kilometres away.

Villa Cypress is tucked away at the end of a country lane which leads down from the main road, past a small church and through double gates into the villa's spacious grounds. The front door opens into an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen/diner and a comfortable lounge, both of which have shuttered patio doors opening onto a wide terrace looking out across the swimming pool and the surrounding treetops to the sea. A couple of steps lead down to the poolside terrace which juts out from the hillside, enclosed by a low stone wall and a fence. Back inside is a ground floor double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors onto the poolside terrace. Upstairs sharing another shower room are the other bedrooms, both of which boast more of those wonderful views, the double having its own scenic balcony.
