C'an Daniel is a lovely house in splendidly scenic surroundings and a great location. This impressive villa lies on a hillside within a few hundred metres of the nearest shops and restaurants and only a short drive from the sheltered, sand-fringed bay in the fishing village of Cala Vadella and the long, wide and equally family-friendly beach of Cala Tarida.

A driveway leads up to this pleasingly private villa from electric gates lower down the hillside. Despite its rather grand outward appearance, C'an Daniel's interior décor is simple and stylish, with whitewashed walls complemented by pale pine furniture. On the ground floor the lounge/diner leads onto a shaded patio overlooking the delightful pool area and the pretty garden, as does one of the double bedrooms. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, two bathrooms and a twin bedroom with views of the poolside terrace. Upstairs are another lounge with a scenic balcony with views towards the sea, a second kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom with a balcony from which steps lead up to a roof top terrace, thoughtfully supplied with an extra barbecue.
