Over to the east of the island, Pere y Mari is only a kilometre from the popular little village of Sant Carlos, home not only to a varied selection of bars and restaurants, but also to a weekly Hippy Market every Saturday. Nine kilometres away, the beach at Cala Lena is a wide curve of fine white sand with watersports and several beach bars.

Surrounded by the relaxing peace and quiet of the pine-clad countryside and lying in a large garden planted with flowering shrubs and mature trees, this is a delightful villa of considerable charm. To one side of the house, the pretty poolside terrace is overlooked by a shaded barbecue area with a fridge, a sink and an outside shower room. Another shaded patio looks out to the distant hills and opens into an open-plan living room where a comfortable seating area is linked by an archway to the dining room. The kitchen also opens onto the patio and a flight of stairs from the kitchen leads down to another small lounge. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and overlooks the swimming pool and the other has an antique double bed. The twin bedroom faces the neighbouring countryside.
