Offering cool, spacious accommodation in delightful surroundings, the Evelia enjoys all the benefits of a tranquil rural location yet the beach is just eight hundred metres away and the nearest places to eat are all within easy walking distance.

The villa has a lovely terraced pool area surrounded by lawned gardens planted with bushes and flowering shrubs and boasting splendid views of the distant mountains. There's a wide white-paved terrace all around the swimming pool and double doors opening from the patio into an airy lounge/diner and the open-plan kitchen. Also on the ground floor are one of the twin bedrooms and a shower room. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with their own sun-soaked balconies providing even more sunbathing space. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom, whilst the twin has its own en suite shower room.
