The Charoula I shares its rural location with its sister villa next door. The blue-flag sands of Polis beach are only three kilometres away and there are shops and places to eat within a couple of kilometres.

Surrounded by pretty gardens planted with banana trees and flowering shrubs, the poolside terrace leads through sliding doors into an open-plan lounge/diner adjoining a modern kitchen with a door onto the slightly raised poolside patio. A shower room and a twin bedroom complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs are a double bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious first floor balcony overlooking the pool and boasting wonderful countryside views.
