This spacious villa is one of two neighbouring villas lying on a hillside below Peyia. It's only two kilometres or so to the lovely beach at Coral Bay and there are shops and a couple of tavernas in Peyia, just two kilometres up the road.

The villa's position allows it lovely views of the surrounding olive groves and orchards and a distant glimpse of the Mediterranean sparkling on the horizon. Set into a small lawned area, the swimming pool adjoins a paved terrace from which steps lead up to a sunny patio. Inside, the villa is charmingly designed with whitewashed walls and a mosaic-tiled floor in the entrance hall. On the ground floor are an open-plan lounge/diner adjoining a modern kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom, whilst the upstairs bedrooms both enjoy scenic views. Completing the villa's first floor amenities are another bathroom and a large balustraded terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.
