The Kleoniki also enjoys a convenient location close to the village of Latchi. Fish lovers are always tempted by the resort's choice of fish restaurants, the closest of which is only six hundred metres away, and there are shops, bars and other places to eat within easy reach.

Sunbathers basking on the poolside terrace or enjoying the shade under the raised veranda can gaze across the rooftops of nearby houses to the sea. In the villa's cool interior a breakfast bar separates the lounge/diner from the open-plan kitchen and a couple of steps lead to the bedrooms where the twins each have an en suite bath or shower room and the double has a bathroom with a corner bath.
