This spacious villa lies in the midst of rolling countryside, yet is within walking distance of the beach. Even the small selection of shops and tempting fish restaurants of charming Latchi are conveniently close and it's no more than five kilometres to the busier attractions of Polis.

The villa is shaded by wide furnished terraces looking out on one side over fields and trees to the distant mountains and on the other to the countryside and the sea beyond. Inside, the open-plan lounge/diner is separated by a breakfast bar from the kitchen and the bedrooms all open onto a paved terrace, with the double room having its own en suite bathroom and the twins sharing a second bathroom.
