One of four Chris Eleni villas standing side by side in a peaceful rural location and known locally as Maria, this is a detached house within walking distance of the beach at Latchi and only four hundred metres from the nearest restaurant.

The swimming pool is behind the villa, surrounded by a furnished, crazy-paved terrace and a lawned area and with four steps leading up to a wide shaded veranda with sea views. Sliding glass doors lead from the veranda into an airy open-plan room with a lounge area and a dining suite next to the pine-fitted kitchen. The two bedrooms are pleasantly decorated and share a bathroom and a separate wc.
