Set on the hillside above Nissaki, Villa Alexandros enjoys sea views in one direction and tranquil views of olive groves and mountains in the other. The beach at Kaminaki is only a kilometre away and it's just a bit further to the nearest restaurant and the local mini-market.

The house is unusually arranged with external stairs linking all three floors. On the lower floor a double bedroom and a twin room with one single and one pull-out bed share a bathroom and the open-plan kitchen/diner opens onto a terrace. Upstairs, the main part of the house is air-conditioned and is home to the other bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening onto a large shaded balcony. At the top of the house a rooftop terrace surrounds a swimming pool with a separate children's section and a shaded seating area.
