This appealing villa lies next door to Villa Anemelia in an elevated location only six hundred metres from the beautiful long white pebble beach which curves around the bay at Avlaki Beach. A couple of traditional tavernas overlook the beach and it's less than two kilometres to the nearest well-stocked mini-market.

Hedges separate the villa's well-kept gardens from the road and the infinity swimming pool is surrounded by a stone-flagged terrace with views across the sea to Albania. A wide staircase leads to a big wooden front door and inside a spacious lounge/diner has an impressive beamed ceiling and glass doors opening onto a large seaview terrace with low railings. On the ground floor a double bedroom with en suite bathroom has views across the swimming pool to the sea from its balcony and two twin bedrooms face the nearby olive groves. One has a small balcony and an en suite bathroom with a half-size bath and the other has an adjacent shower room. Upstairs are another small twin room and a second shower room.
