Casa Sabrina enjoys delightful surroundings thanks to its lovely gardens and its tranquil location in a greenbelt zone between the town of Lagoa and the picturesque beach of Praia da Marinha, five kilometres in either direction from the villa. There are other local beaches within a short drive and Carvoeiro's many friendly bars and restaurants are also within easy reach.

The villa stands in its own beautifully landscaped gardens, with a cobbled driveway dropping down between cypress, fig, olive and palm trees. Even though there are other houses nearby, Casa Sabrina offers a reasonable degree of privacy. These fabulous gardens really are the focal point of the villa, extending around the house to a large lawn and the paved terrace which surrounds the swimming pool. Sunlight streams into a spacious, simply furnished lounge/diner with views over the flower-filled garden and the local countryside and there's a conventional kitchen. Sharing two shower rooms, the three bedrooms comprise a twin leading to a nicely shaded poolside patio, a twin with side-by-side beds and a double bedroom with poolside access.
