This charming holiday home is located in the countryside of Alfanzina. Still home to many brightly painted fishing boats, the pretty little beach at Benagil is just over two kilometres away and also nearby you'll find the Vale de Milho golf course, with nine par-three holes ideal for sharpening up your short game.

Casa da Prensa gets its name from the antique winepress that stands within its grounds. The press itself has long seen its last grape, but the vineyard is still there, almost reaching the house itself. The villa's open-plan living room is simply styled and overlooks the swimming pool and the sun terrace, where you'll find the barbecue and a stone dining table. There are two ground floor bedrooms and two bathrooms, whilst a marble staircase climbs up to the third bedroom, a private bathroom and a decent-size balcony with country and sea views. Below the pool, sand gardens and a vineyard encircle the villa, whilst plants and trees add to the relaxing, peaceful ambience of this comfortable home.
