This semi-detached villa is pleasantly located near the lush fairways of Vale do Lobo's Ocean Golf Course and just five hundred metres from a collection of fine restaurants and bars that buzz with atmosphere on those long summery evenings. The renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is just over a kilometre away.
Delightful ocean views can be enjoyed from the grounds and contemporary interior designs include comfortable furnishings. The living room opens onto the veranda and pool area and the kitchen is efficiently designed and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to a double bedroom that has views across the swimming pool to the sea. Both bedrooms and the living room have optional air-conditioning. Outside, a partially shaded veranda has steps down to the pool area, barbecue and small side lawn.
