This comfortable semi-detached villa stands in a residential avenue a hundred and fifty metres from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy. The beautiful beach is just over two kilometres away, overlooked by 'A Praça' a popular array of stylish bars, restaurants, boutiques and a night-club.

Villa Douchka has a spacious living room of a contemporary design, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom also on the ground floor. The bedrooms are upstairs and both have en suite bathroom. One is a front-facing double with a balcony overlooking the garden, the other a twin with window views across the colourful rear garden. The attractive shaded patio with its nearby barbecue is ideal for alfresco dining on long summer evenings and Villa Douchka's enviable location is enhanced by a cluster of pine trees to one side.
