Within just five hundred metres of Casa do Sol is the popular 'Praça' a small collection of beachside cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques overlooking the beach. A whole array of superb restaurants can also be found in nearby Quinta do Lago and Almançil. It almost goes without saying that this is also a golfing mecca, with several top European courses within just a few minutes drive, as well as great watersports facilities, tennis and horse-riding.

Casa do Sol can be found located on a residential avenue amidst the shade of cooling pine trees. A sloping drive and adjacent lawn front the villa, which has a comfortable living room with walk-on access to a semi-shaded patio, the refreshing swimming pool and sloping side lawn. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave oven, with a separately housed washing machine. There are two bedrooms, a twin and a triple and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
