A tastefully designed bungalow, Villa Tanya is surrounded by fields, orchards and a vineyard and is accessed by an elevated unmade private lane about three hundred metres from the road. Locally, Vale de Parra has a splendid variety of restaurants, as well as gorgeous beaches and fine golfing at nearby Salgados. Albufeira is five kilometres away.

Spacious gardens and a large swimming pool combine to create a pleasant feeling of open space. The pool is enclosed by an ample sun-terrace and there are lawns to the front and rear of the house. There is an excellent barbecue and exterior dining area. Inside, Villa Tanya is finished in some style with classic dark-wood Portuguese furnishings. There is a shaded veranda adjoining the pool area, and a comfortably sized kitchen. Two bedrooms have window views onto the pool area, a twin with a separate bathroom, the double with an en suite shower. The third bedroom faces the shady section of the rear garden.
