Just five kilometres from Albufeira, basking in the tranquillity of the coast- hugging Sesmarias countryside, Villa Rosa is within eight hundred metres of the lovely Coelha beach and a short drive from a handful of other delightful seaside scenes. The nearby Marinheiro restaurant is a local favourite and various other places to eat, several supermarkets, Albufeira’s marina and the golf course at Salgados are all in close proximity.

Villa Rosa is in a slightly elevated position overlooking the countryside and neighbouring houses from the lawn-enclosed sun terrace, the swimming pool and the barbecue area. The terrace is directly accessed by a comfortable, airy living room that faces towards the ocean and the villa’s accommodation is completed by a well-equipped kitchen and three cosy bedrooms. A double room with an en suite shower room and a twin with an adjacent shower room each have views towards a neighbouring villa, whilst an additional twin with an en suite bathroom faces the poolside terrace.
