Just off the road that crosses the residential valley known as Vale de Parra, five kilometres west of Albufeira, Parque Monte Verde is a cluster of popular apartments in a delightful setting. Just across the road the Casa de Carne restaurant specialises in meat dishes and there are three bars and no fewer than ten other restaurants within two kilometres. A kilometre in either direction are two well-stocked supermarkets and the beaches of Castelo, Galé and Salgados are all within a few kilometres.

The grounds of Parque Monte Verde are immaculately maintained, with lush lawns planted with flowering shrubs and shady trees leading down to the paved terrace beside the swimming pool and its adjacent children's paddling pool. A snack bar serves cold drinks, ice-creams and light meals and is the venue for the communal weekly barbecue. Younger guests not only have their own children's club, but also a fenced grassy playground with a large playcentre. Arranged up the hillside in three two-storey sections, the twenty-four apartments are as well equipped as they are well kept. The ground floor apartments each have furnished patios with small adjoining lawns and the first floor apartments have large balconies, some with distant ocean views. We are pleased to announce that all apartments are now air-conditioned.

Children's club

Our popular children's representative holds regular supervised club sessions here for two and a half hours a day, four days a week from 12 May to 5 September 08 and 11 May - to 4 September 09.
