This is without doubt amongst the most popular of all our featured properties, thanks in no small part to its fabulous location a little over a kilometre from two lovely cove beaches at Castelo and Evaristo, with the delightfully long stretch of sands at Galé and Salgados just two and a half kilometres away. There's a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a whole lot more within a few minutes' drive, along with several well stocked supermarkets. Albufeira is five kilometres away.

Home to our popular children's club, the Joinal Villas are justifiably hugely popular with families, with spacious lawned gardens, a children's playground and a superb swimming pool with a separate children's splash pool all enclosed by protective hedges to enhance the complex's exclusive atmosphere. The complex comprises thirteen identical terraced, duplex-style villas, all looked after with loving care by our friend Senhor Manuel. Each villa has its own private patio with a barbecue facing the pool area and leading into a lounge/diner with an adjacent kitchen. The shower room is also on the ground floor whilst the bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs. Here one bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the lawns below. We are pleased to announce that both bedrooms are now air-conditioned.

Children's club

- Much to the delight of parents and children alike, our popular children's representative holds regular supervised club sessions for two and a half hours a day, four days a week from 12 May to 5 September 08.
