Casa Tulipa is situated in a residential avenue in Patroves, high above Vale de Parra. The villa is just three kilometres from Albufeira's colourful marina or four kilometres from the popular old town where the town square is home to restaurants, lively bars and, in high season, entertaining street performers. Three kilometres away are the gorgeous beaches of São Rafael, Lourenço and Evaristo, all featuring excellent waterside restaurants.

A neat, cobbled drive bordered by flower beds and rock gardens leads up to the villa whose delightful pool area is bordered by a paved terrace and a plant-fringed lawn and boasts lovely ocean views across the valley. Inside, the lounge/diner is a light and airy room which opens onto the poolside terrace and adjoins the kitchen. Three steps lead from the lounge to a bathroom and three bedrooms, the double having an adjacent bathroom and all opening directly onto the poolside terrace.
