Vivenda Neves enjoys a great position in a residential avenue with the Montechoro ‘Strip’ a hundred metres away, offering an unrivalled selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The popular beach of Praia da Oura is one kilometre away at the foot of a steep hill and it’s only two kilometres into Albufeira, with its own colourful beach.

Like the nearby Casa Isis, Vivenda Neves is designed in traditional style and not only has a pleasant poolside terrace surrounded by lawns and a low hedge, but also features a paved garden with a built-in barbecue. The villa has three bedrooms, with two twins sharing a bathroom and a double room with an en suite shower room. A cosy living room and a standard kitchen complete the villa’s amenities.
