The elegant Monte dos Avos boasts a tranquil setting, surrounded by vineyards, almond and olive groves. A fine choice of restaurants can be found a kilometre or so away in Guia village and also nearby are the fabulous Zoomarine Park and the Algarve Shopping Mall. Beautiful beaches at Salgados and Galé are eight kilometres away.

Fresh, contemporary designs feature in this quietly elegant home. The split-level lounge and dining room is divided by two steps and opens onto a shaded veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The barbecue can be found conveniently positioned just outside a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs, each boasting a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
