Next door to our Casa das Cortelhas, Casa dos Avos also enjoys a tranquil location amidst orchards and vineyards. A little over a kilometre away, Guia offers a good variety of eateries for a small village, from noisy, great-value, chicken piri-piri restaurants, to several offering tempting international cuisine. The popular Zoomarine park is conveniently close by and there are several beaches within eight kilometres.

Casa dos Avos is a villa of conspicuous charm in its décor and design styles, featuring lovely, handcrafted carpentry throughout. The spacious living room has an attractive timber ceiling and glass doors to the poolside terrace. The dining room and kitchen are adjacent. Opening onto the sun terrace is a ground floor double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and there's an additional shower room in the hall. Of the upstairs bedrooms one has an en suite bathroom, whilst the double bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom with a spa bath and a balcony enjoying lovely views across the swimming pool to the peaceful sprawling countryside beyond.
