Casa Cristina stands at the end of a residential avenue 1.5 kilometres from Lagoa, a busy market town north of Carvoeiro. The clubhouse of Pinta Golf is 1.5 kilometres away across the road which leads to the watery delights of the nearby Slide & Splash waterpark. Just before the villa the Modelo hyper-market has recently opened, giving opportunity to do some shopping. This has made the road backing onto the villa very busy, so some traffic noise may be experienced. The bustling town of Carvoeiro is only six kilometres south of the villa.

The open hallway leads into an ample kitchen with the dining room adjacent. The lounge area has a raised hearth and French windows accessing the shaded balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and golf course. The barbecue is located in a poolside pergola and colourful flowerbeds fringe the lawn. A double bedroom with balcony access also boasts an en suite bathroom, whilst two twins share a separate shower room, one of them opening onto the garden. Upstairs, a smaller double bedroom has two giant balconies with superb views and an adjacent bathroom.
