This impressive villa stands within expansive grounds near the village of Balaia, two kilometres from Maria Luisa beach and 1.5 kilometres from the popular family resort of Praia da Oura with its fantastic array of restaurants, shops and bars and the gorgeous Oura beach.

Casa João Paulo has a bright and spacious living room, with access onto a fine sun terrace surrounding the swimming pool. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped and shares the ground floor with a shower room, a double bedroom and a twin room with a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom and doors onto the poolside patio. Two bigger bedrooms are upstairs, a twin and a double, each with a private bathroom. These share a south-facing balcony partial ocean views across trees and local houses. The villa's pool area is pleasantly enclosed by terracing and grass with palm trees and flower beds adding to a scene of peaceful, sun drenched tranquillity.
