This impressive semi-detached villa is eight hundred metres from the popular resort of Olhos d'Agua, with its picturesque beach and a good variety of restaurants and bars. There's a well stocked supermarket five hundred metres away, the lively resort of Praia da Oura is within three kilometres and the golf course at Sheraton Pine Cliffs is nearby.

Casa das Aguias is built into sloping countryside with its grounds and interior accommodation arranged on various levels. From the swimming pool, lawn and a pretty rock garden, a flight of steps leads up to the house. Here the spacious living room opens onto a side patio and is in two sections, a comfortable lounge being separated by two steps from the dining room. Completing the ground floor accommodation are a well equipped kitchen , a bathroom and two bedrooms. A marble staircase leads upstairs where there is another bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with beautiful views and a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a dressing room section and a large balcony with sea views.
