Casa da Figuera is in the Serra E Mar residential area, with the spectacular hills of Monchique to the north. Three kilometres away is the Le Meridien Penina Golf and Resort and the resort village of Alvor with its golden beach and varied amenities is nine kilometres south.

Plum, peach, lemon and banana trees all grow in the beautiful gardens at this villa whose atmosphere is very much that of a traditional country cottage. The living room views the swimming pool and terrace and has exposed ceiling beams and polished floors. The dining suite looks onto the garden and there is a small courtyard outside the compact kitchen. There are three pretty bedrooms, a double with an en suite bathroom and access onto the terrace, a twin with a private bathroom and a twin with a shower room adjacent. In this lovely setting you'll relish the long sunny days under clear blue skies, perhaps cooling off in the inviting swimming pool, or admiring hundreds of beautiful flowers amidst a veritable riot of colour.
