Casa Mar a Vista stands on a leafy, residential lane with fabulous panoramic views across the valley towards the marina and the beautiful coastline. Amongst a cluster of delightful local beaches including Galé and São Rafael, the pretty little beach at Coelha is the nearest, just three kilometres away. A superb choice of restaurants can be found nearby and Salgados Golf Club is within easy reach. Albufeira town is a little under four kilometres east and just a hundred metres away is our Casa Cavaco.

Traditional in design and décor, the Mar a Vista's accommodation is all arranged on the first floor, with the villa's elevated position meaning that its sunny poolside terrace boasts lovely coastal views across Vale de Parra, whitewashed villas, orchards and the lush green fairways of the nearby golf course. A shaded side terrace provides the ideal location for a thoughtfully placed hammock and leads through patio doors into a south-facing lounge/diner with a double-sided central fireplace. Completing the villa's accommodation are the kitchen and two bathrooms shared by the three bedrooms, one of which has a side sea view.
