On a side road sloping down to the pretty Aveiros beach just 300m away, Villa Aveiros is in a great location within walking distance of Praia da Oura's lively resort centre with it's shops, cafés and family nightlife. Albufeira's popular beach and lively town square are just two kilometres away.

Villa Aveiros provides a calm, roomy space for families and couples of all ages, complete with a lovely outdoor area with terrace, lawn and pool, all accessible via patio doors from the good-sized lounge/diner. Overlooked by a gallery at the top of the staircase, the lounge has an attractive solid-wood dining table that seats then plus a handy hatch opening into the spacious kitchen, which also has a small table. Three of the bedrooms (one with en suite facilities) also share this floor, with access off a corridor, and there is a seperate bathroom too. The remaining two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and sea-view balcony, and a very small twin occupy the first floor.
