Located above and just off the road linking Albufeira with Guia village and accessed by a long, cobbled drive, Casa Alta is just over three kilometres from Albufeira’s resort centre where the town square comes alive on warm summer evenings with street entertainers, live music and some great restaurants. Five kilometres away are the beautiful beaches of São Rafael, Castelo and Evaristo.

Inside the villa, five steps lead to the spacious, traditionally-designed living room which opens onto a shaded veranda from which steps descend to a superb swimming pool area. Here the pool is flanked by a paved sun terrace and a neat lawn with lovely countryside views. Back indoors, the kitchen adjoins a separate laundry room and there is a simply-styled ground floor double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Upstairs, a twin bedroom has a private bathroom and five steps lead down to a further bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a balcony with pool and countryside views.
