Villa Rigina is situated amidst lovely gardens featuring rose-beds and a manicured lawn on a private condominium 1.3 kilometres from the bars and restaurants in Açoteias. Pine Cliffs golf course is nearby as are the dramatic cliffs backing the beautiful Falesia beach. Vilamoura is within a pleasant nine kilometre drive.

In an ample, split-level living room, décor and furnishings are classic in style, with a cosy sitting area and spacious dining section. Glass doors access a shaded veranda facing the swimming pool and gardens. The kitchen comes well equipped and nearby is a double bedroom with private bathroom. Adjoining the lounge and opening onto the garden is a splendid summer chill-out room with a wooden dining table, kitchen, indoor barbecue, television and a pool table! The other bedrooms are in the west wing, opening onto the garden. Two twins share a bathroom, a double has its own bathroom and the master double bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a shower stall.
