This large and spacious villa is set in well kept gardens and offers fantastic sea views out to Albania. In front of Villa Agrilia, seperated by a hedge, Villa Anemelia is in a quiet rural position around 3km from the resort centre of Kassiopi.

A tastefully furnished open-plan lounge/diner has high ceilings with feature beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. French doors lead out to the shaded, furnished terrace with low railings that overlooks the patio and infinity pool area, from where there are great views out to sea.
